BAUBLIES ROLLER BURNISHING MACHINE
The Baublies roller burnishing machine was developed for high-precision machining of the outer diameter of cylindrical workpieces (Ø 3–25.4 mm).
The workpiece diameter range is manually adjustable; machining is performed in a continuous-feed process. The driven tool enables surface roughness values of less than Rz 1 µm to be achieved.
Thanks to its ergonomic design and compact dimensions, the machine is particularly well-suited for flexible use within the manufacturing process. The roller burnishing machine can be integrated into an automated manufacturing process.
The machine features a self-feeding mechanism. The optimal speed can be selected based on the workpiece diameter and length. A particularly convenient feature is the simple adjustment of the target diameter via a handwheel.

Control system of the roller burnishing machine
With its newly developed control system, the roller burnishing machine is optimally prepared for use in your facility. The freestanding control unit can be positioned directly at the location that works best for you, independently of the machine. This ensures that your facility’s safety devices are not obstructed. The clearly laid-out control system allows for easy operation of all the machine’s functions — whether it’s start/stop, activating the lubrication system, or continuously adjusting the speed—all in one place. Orientation of the roller burnishing machine
The roller burnishing machine can be used both horizontally and vertically:
– Place the roller burnishing machine on the appropriate feet
– When using the machine vertically, first remove the oil reservoir and reinstall it in the control cabinet in a vertical position.
ATTENTION!
The roller burnishing machine cannot not be operated manually; it must be loaded automatically.
