Precision machining of outer diameters (Ø 3–25.4 mm) of cylindrical workpieces
The workpiece diameter range is manually adjustable; machining is performed in a continuous-feed process. Burnishing allows for surface roughness values of less than Rz 1 µm. Thanks to its ergonomic design and compact dimensions, the machine is particularly well-suited for flexible use within the manufacturing process. The burnishing machine can be integrated into an automated manufacturing process.
